IT Administrator (m/f/d)

At Dancop, we are looking for a structured and dependable IT Administrator for our site in Peine to ensure the stability, performance, and security of our IT environment across the company group. Our IT environment is a critical enabler of that mission.

Your key responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless IT operations across the company group (approx. 60 users).
  • Coordinate with external IT service providers in English.
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and disposal of local hardware.
  • Provide on-site hardware support in Peine (approx. 20 users).
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and our 3CX phone system.
  • Manage user life cycle: On-boarding, changes, and off-boarding.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation (in English).
  • Identify and implement performance and security improvements.
  • Plan and drive operational IT projects and ensure compliance with IT policies.

We imagine you have

  • Several years of experience in IT administration.
  • A structured, reliable, and conscientious working style.
  • The ability to remain calm, analytical, and focused when solving complex problems.
  • A natural sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Occasional willingness to travel to our site in DK
  • Business-fluent German and English, written and spoken.

Software know-how

  • Microsoft 365 (admin level)
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Intune
  • 3CX (advantageous)

About the hiring process:

The rough procedure of the recruitment process for potential candidates is an initial virtual meeting with the team and HR manager within 1-2 weeks after receipt of the application, followed closely by a personal interview on site, usually the following week, if there is a good mutual impression. If there is a match, an employment contract is sent out between 1-3 days afterwards.
