Hiring process

This is how your application and employment at Dancop works:

  • Receipt of your application.
  • Virtual introductory meeting with the team and HR manager within one to two weeks.
  • If the impression is positive, a personal interview on site the following week.
  • If desired, two to four hour trial work in the specialist department.
  • Contract offer within a few working days.
