We at Dancop are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our sales team. You will be an integral part of our company that specialises in industrial safety technology and plant equipment. In this role you will analyse existing sales and seek new opportunities for sales with existing and new customers. With our customers in focus and our goals in mind, we work together to ensure that solutions are found smoothly.

These would be your tasks:

  • In your sales territory, you will get to know existing customers and take responsibility for expanding and developing the existing business
  • You will analyse the market and the opportunities to expand our sales opportunities via our resellers - both through incoming enquiries and generated leads
  • You will work with our customers to find a success-orientated product and sales solution in order to grow together
  • You will support them in selecting suitable products, realising larger projects and/or training specialist dealers in selling our product range
  • If required, you will visit our customers throughout Europe and represent our company at regional trade fairs, at customers' premises or virtually from your home office

This could be part of your profile:

  • Degree or training in the commercial field or several years of experience in sales/sales, preferably in the technical field
  • Confident demeanour, empathy and communication skills for good conversations with our customers and colleagues
  • Interest and initiative
  • Creativity and patience to develop strategies for your markets and bring them to success
  • German mother tongue, English fluent in spoken and written, any other language an advantage
  • Occasional willingness to travel

About the hiring process:
